About Emily

I have a strong desire to help people. When a client thanks me and says they feel completely relaxed after a treatment it’s a great feeling.

Having experienced working in a stressful environment, I understand how stress can affect both the body and mind. It’s important that we all take time out for ourselves to unwind and relax as it can be very beneficial to your health and well being.

I’ve been interested in reflexology for many years, but due to being in a high pressured career I struggled to find the time to persue my interests. Since having my children I have had an opportunity to train in reflexology.

I have lived in Bovingdon since my early childhood, I enjoy living here and there’s a real sense of community in the village and surrounding areas.

Having completed a diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology I went on to complete a diploma in Reflexology with the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine, (MSCM). My training was completed at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood. I have attended many further training courses in specialised subjects of Reflexology to increase my skills, knowledge and to be able to work with a wide range of people.
